I have a beef with beef

I mean, I might just have a beef with beef,

It is so red and juicy.
It is so thick and tasty.

From the Chuck to the rib,
to the loin to the shank,
to the brisket to the flank.
beef in all its splendour is so delicious.

In Northern Nigeria 'Suya' is made of beef,
there is 'Dambun nama' there is also 'Kilishi'

In Eastern Nigeria there is 'Nkwobi'
there is also 'Nsala'

In Western Nigeria there is 'bukoto' delicacy

This is just beef and so many delicacies can be made from it. How many delicacies can be made from you? If you are not multi-dimensional then I might just have a beef with you too. Go out there and change the world.

Nkwobi:  It is simply cooked cow foot mixed in spicy palm oil paste.
Ofe Nsala or White Soup is a tasty, fast and easy soup recipe that has its origins in the riverine areas of Nigeria
Bukoto is cow leg.
